Easy Taco Recipe!*
 1 packet (8-10) tortillas or (10-12) shells
 1 lb. ground beef
 1 packet taco seasoning mix
 2 cans refried beans
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese
1 head lettuce (you will have extra; make a small salad?)
 other toppings as desired
Brown meat over medium, medium high heat. Remove grease. Mix in taco seasoning mix. Keep warm until served.
Meanwhile, heat beans and tortillas in microwave, usually on high, 3 minutes. (You might want to get this done as the meat is just getting finished.) (Careful with shells, they WILL burn!)
Meanwhile, chop lettuce into pieces you are comfortable with (about 1 1/2 cup). Put chopped lettuce and cheese in bowls (must I say separately?).
When all is prepared, build your tacos in this fashion (or not!):
Plop some -- plenty of -- beans into your taco (this is the glue), then some meat, then sprinkle some cheese, then lettuce. At this point you may add whatever you please! And experiment! Try using the cheese first!
Yield: About 10 tacos.. (Did I have to tell you that?)
*Don't blame me if this doesn't work out. I made this up as I remember my mom making it. If you actually try this and find corrections, let me know already!
Also, I have a link to further spontaneity! To be updated, whenever I can.. I think this is gonna stay! It's a good recipe, really!
